Registration is Now Open for the Third Annual WiLDSPEAK Symposium
WiLDSPEAK 2017 is hosted by the International League of Conservation Photographers. This two-day symposium of presentations, discussions, learning, and inspiration includes some of the world's leading nature and wildlife photographers, filmmakers, scientists, newsmakers, educators, and conservation organizations. Together, we explore how visual media can best contribute to impactful science communications and positive conservation outcomes all around the globe.

The third annual WiLDSPEAK will once again be held at the Carnegie Institution for Science on November 14th and 15th, 2017. Keynote presenters are Senior Fellows Daniel Beltra and Yogi Freund. Other confirmed presenters from the iLCP Fellowship are Igor Shpilenok, Krista Schlyer, and Eladio Fernandez. iLCP Board Chair Buffy Redsecker will serve as emcee. We look forward to sharing updated plans and presenters soon.
As an expanded professional development opportunity for the iLCP Fellowship, we are offering four different workshops. On November 12, Steve Mandel of Mandel Communications will be conducting an all-day Communications/Presentation training seminar. On November 13, iLCP Board members John Harrington and Rich Steinberg are conducting workshops on the Business Side of Photography and Financial Planning for Photographers. Also on the 13th, Allen Carroll of ESRI will have a workshop on ESRI Story Maps.
