The Galileo 3 features a full-color display, wireless air integration with up to eight transmitters, two selectable algorithms and multiple technical dive modes. It rocks a classic dive-watch aesthetic complete with a working unidirectional rotating bezel to track elapsed time in surface and gauge mode. Available in three different sizes, these compact, crushproof polycarbonate containers offer durable, watertight solutions for carrying sensitive gear into the field. Cases feature an O-ring seal, padlock hole and an automatic pressure equalization valve. We liked the removable rubber liner, which helps minimize shifting inside the case. The smaller sizes are great for protecting cellphones, wallets and even media-storage devices such as memory cards and hard drives. The larger cases can hold compact cameras (see above). They can even accommodate most, if not all, components for a small action-camera rig.

Outfitted with a newly designed skirt, the Seeker is intended to fit everyone. While our pool of divers didn’t include “everyone,” we were impressed by its comfortable and effective seal. The wide lens and low-volume design combine for an expansive field of view that feels natural. Two lens options are available: one to optimize light transmission and clarity, and one for UV protection and contrast. Divers can upgrade to an elastic strap made from recycled materials. We loved the low-profile EVA foam case, which protects the mask but allows for ventilation and is compact enough to slip into a fin pocket.

The Quick-Launch includes everything needed to deploy a surface marker buoy in one convenient package, including a pre-attached 100-foot line spool that simplifies deployment. The spool is stored in a secure pocket that features a pinch-to-release buckle and a hook-and-loop fastener. It is attached to a D-ring inside the pocket. The buoy measures 6 feet tall, with a 12-inch circumference. It has reflective tape on both sides and is available in bright orange, yellow or pink. It features an open bottom with anti-spill baffle and an over-pressure relief valve with pull cord, and the inflator can be used orally or with a low-pressure QD hose.

Labels are reflective and can be printed in black-and-white or color. They adhere readily to hard, nonporous surfaces. We’ve used them on softer Monprene fins and they’ve held up great over several salt- and freshwater trips. We really liked the clever ZippTags, which let the stickers be used on the zipper pulls of wetsuits and other “soft” gear.
