Scubapro’s Equator is a jacket-style BC built with rugged, travel-friendly features. The small backpack is lightweight and allows the BC to fold in half for packing. A modest lift capacity--just 33 pounds for size large--reduces bulk yet is ideal for most warm and temperate water diving. Three dump valves allow fast buoyancy adjustments and integrated weight pockets use a low-profile buckle to reduce drag. Divers are given plenty of storage options, including double stainless D-rings at the shoulders, zippered cargo pockets and an octo pocket on each side. In back, twin tank straps prevent load shifting. Scubapro’s buckle system also includes an easy-threading tank band for fast attachment.
