Get the most out of your next dive vacation with Peter Hughes

Here are three simple tips to make sure you are getting the most out of your diving vacation.

  1. Take a look at the total cost. Look at all costs including diving, accommodations, taxes, hidden fees such as energy surcharges, gratuities, meals, drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic, tank rental, weight rental, etc.
  2. Look at how many dives you do each day and the time spent assembling gear for each dive.
  3. Look at the care and attention you receive topside.
Dancer fleet vessels are all inclusive resorts. Your package includes air conditioned accommodations with private facilities, 3 meals a day, 2 snacks per day, plus alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Price wise - a live aboard is very competitive with land based operations when you compare apples -vs- apples.

Dancer fleet vessels give you more dives with 4-5 dives per day in the Caribbean and Pacific, and 3 dives a day in the Indian Ocean. PLUS - you don't have to waste between dive time messing with your gear and moving it off an on day boats. Set it up once and your done for the week.

Dancer fleet vessels are not geographically limited like land based resorts. You are on a dive cruise where your vessel takes you to all of the best sites in the region.

Professional captains, cooks, stewards, hostesses, and a professional dive team are all there to take care of you.

Morning beverage service delivered to your room, clean fresh towels placed in your room daily, warm towels draped over your shoulder after each dive, sit down dining at dinner, and plush terry bathrobes for use on board are just a few of the amenities you receive on a Dancer fleet vessel.

Your Dive Team are all dive professionals who will make sure you get to just the right spots to see the best the destination has to offer. You are diving without crowds and visit the regions most pristine sites. Usually, these are the locations that average land-based operators have to set-up special runs to get to.

Talk with experienced divers almost without exception and they will tell you - the best diving on the planet is done from liveaboards.
