Location: Mainit, Anilao, Batangas, Philippines Marine Life: Ribbon eels Camera: Canon 350D, 100mm lens, sea and sea 60 & 90 strobes Settings: ISO 100, f10, 1/100 sec, strobes set on high Description: A rare pair of blue ribbon eels was at 15 feet of water and provided us a photogenic opportunity while on our safety stop.

Dive Site: Cars, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines Marine Life: Porcelain crab on sea anemone Camera: Canon 350D, 100mm lens, sea and sea 60 & 110 strobes Settings: ISO 100, f10, 1/80 sec Description: At 90 feet, this anemone hosted cleaner shrimps, clownfish and this pretty crab.

Location: CARS, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines Marine Life: Assorted fish in an artificial reef Camera: Canon 350D, 10-22mm lens, sea and sea 60 & 110 Settings: ISO 200, f9, 1/200 sec, strobes set on high Description: A jeep submerged years ago, at 90 feet, is home to a variety of fish, most of which are used to photographers already.

Dive Site: Masaplod Norte, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines Marine Life: Cuttlefish Camera: Canon 350D, 100mm lens, sea and sea 60 & 110 strobes ******Settings**: ISO 200, f9, 1/125 sec, strobes set on high Description: This cuttlefish greeted us at the bottom as we descended the line for what was to be a great macro dive.

Dive Site: Secret Bay, Anilao, Philippines Marine Life: Shrimp on crinoid Camera: Canon 350D, 100mm lens, sea and sea 60 & 90 strobes Settings: ISO 100, f9, 1/250 sec, strobes set on medium Description: In 12 feet of water, with surge, this lone crinoid with its guest was a very challenging shot.

Dive Site: Atlantis Reef, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines Marine Life: Clownfish in sea anemone Camera: Canon 350D, 50mm lens, sea and sea 60 &90 strobes Settings: ISO 100, f11 1/200 sec, strobe set on low Description: A trio of clownfish pause to pose for the camera.

Dive Site: Daryl Laut, Anilao, Batangas, Philippines Marine Life: Goby on coral Camera: Canon 350D with 100mm lens, sea and sea 60 & 90 strobes Settings: ISO 400, f13, 1/250 sec, strobes on low Description: Just one of the many gobies that holds a spot on the coral on a wreck.

Dive Site: Bebot's, Anilao, Batangas, Philippines Marine Life: Mating nudibranchs Camera: Canon 350D, 100mm lens, sea and sea 60 & 90 strobes Settings: ISO 400, f16, 1/250 sec, strobes set on low Description: A pair of nudibrachs on top of a rock make for an easy target.
