Anse Chastanet Resort: Tranquility, Romance & Adventure

Courtesy of Anse Chastanet
Nick Troubetzkoy had a visionary plan when he acquired Anse Chastanet Resort. His aim was to mirror Saint Lucia's spectacular natural beauty, incorporate eco-friendly practices, and provide guests with high-quality comfort. Today, Anse Chastanet exemplifies authentic design flair, sustainable practices that minimize environmental impact, and barefoot luxury.
Every aspect of the resort honors the cultural traditions and natural resources of this Eastern Caribbean island.
Located on St. Lucia’s southwestern coast, Anse Chastanet spans 600 acres (shared with its sister resort, Jade Mountain), featuring two sandy Caribbean beaches, scenic landscapes, and stunning views of Gros Piton and Petit Piton, the iconic twin peaks overlooking Soufriere Bay. Each accommodation space is uniquely designed, decorated with vibrant, original art and furnishings crafted by local Saint Lucian artists and craftsmen. The resort’s varied dining options include the Treehouse Restaurant, Emerald’s, Beach Grill Bar and Trou au Diable, which is located on Anse Chastanet beach. Menu entrees include sea-to-plate, farm-to-plate entrees and vegan options.
Revel in a wealth of activities such as hiking, jungle biking, birdwatching, or explore the underwater marvels through top-notch snorkeling and scuba diving facilities of Scuba St. Lucia, the on-site Five Star PADI Dive Center.
Most dive sites are only a 10- or 15-minute boat ride away and are located in a protected marine reserve. Shore divers can explore the resort’s house reef, just a few fin kicks from the beach.
Anse Chastanet will deliver the perfect dive vacation, whether you’re a solo diver, couple, family or dive group.
Spa Day (and More)
The resort’s onsite Kai Belté Spa offers rejuvenating treatments that blend both contemporary and ancient methods, including Swedish and deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy sessions and foot reflexology. The spa’s products are made from organic ingredients that are grown at the resort’s Emerald Estate Farm. The farm also produces organic vegetables, micro greens, fruits, spices, nuts and herbs, and artisanal chocolate for the resort’s restaurants, open-air beach and treehouse eateries, and bars. A tour of Emerald Estate Farm can be combined with an excursion to the mud baths at Sulphur Springs and Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens.
