If you’ve ever dreamed about owning a tropical resort and have $10 to your name, you might just be in luck.

British competition organizers Win This Life are giving away Casa Cayuco Eco Adventure Lodge in Bocas del Toro, Panama, along with $50,000 to a very lucky winner. For $10, you have a shot to take over the beachside eco resort, which has excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and was the No. 1-rated inn in its region. The property — which Win This Life says is valued at $2.45 million — is located on Isla Bastimentos, which sits on the Caribbean side of Panama.

The winner of the contest will receive the resort — with capacity for 24 guests — four stand-alone cabins, a main lodge, two lodge suites, and an air-conditioned luxury owner’s suite designed by current owners Dave and Suzanne Smith, according to Win This Life.

So how do you win? You can buy $10 “tickets” to play a spot-the-ball style game. Tickets will be sold until the group sells enough to cover the cost of the resort, $50,000 prize and fees. Once that allotment is sold, the entries are capped.

The website lists a Sportcraft 24ft Deep V Hull fishing boat, a 23-foot Panga and snorkeling gear among the assets the winner will receive. So if the right diver gets lucky, maybe this could shape up to be a nice dive resort one day. Good luck!
