Location: South Leyte, Philippines Camera: D70s Settings: 18-70mm @ f14, 1/50 sec Description: Everyday was something different, it was so fiery and stunning. The calm before the storm.
Dive Site: Bali, Indonesia Marine Life: Harlequin shrimp Camera: D70s Settings: 105mm with dual YS120 strobe @ f22, 1/100 sec Description: There was a rumor about these shrimp. It took me 4 dives before I discovered them eating happily near a soft coral. I composed the shot as they took their time getting into a meal time pose--it was worth the wait.

We were in the water for more than an hour when I came across this spanish dancer--as I got to it I spotted an Emperor shrimp staring back at me.

Dive Site: Lembeh Strait, Indonesia Camera: D200 Settings: 60mm with Dual YS120 strobe @ f20, 1/80 sec Description: It was the last dive of my trip and I was cruising the white sand, hunting for a subject to photograph. I saw this octopus stalking a wrasse and inched slowly toward it. We were both hunting, but the wrasse got away and I guess the octopus got angry and went for my camera instead.
