Orlando, Florida, October 31, 2007 - The Cayman Islands, one of the best places in the world to scuba dive, presents the theme "When you know the sport, you know the spot" at the adventure dive show, DEMA (Dive Equipment and Marketing Association), this year in Orlando, Florida, October 31 - November 3, 2007.

The Cayman Islands will promote the strong diving presence the destination maintains within the industry, incorporating the theme into its platform. World-class scuba diving spots abound on all three islands - Grand Cayman, Little Cayman and Cayman Brac. Popular dive spots include the famous Bloody Bay Wall and MV Captain Keith Tibbetts. The Cayman Islands DEMA Planning Committee will again hold the Cayman Islands 'Happy Hour' before the close of the tradeshow on Thursday, November 1 from 4pm - 6pm in the Cayman Islands Pavilion. This is a great opportunity for scuba diving enthusiasts to meet and mingle with Cayman representatives and learn more about this diving paradise. The Cayman Islands is also proud to sponsor the DEMA Awards party from 7pm - 12am at the Rosen Center Hotel Ballroom on Friday, November 2. Bob Soto, the legendary pioneer of scuba diving in Cayman, will be honored by the dive industry with the Diving Equipment and Marketing Association's Reaching Out Award.
