"Curaçao Now is perfect for U.S. travelers who, in this economic climate, are looking for great deals that will be a boost to their pocketbooks," said Evita Nita, executive director of the Curaçao Tourist Board. "Curaçao is a truly unique island with incredible dive locations and stunning coral reefs. These incentives will just enhance our visitors' experiences."

Divers can enhance their vacation to Curaçao when they visit between Sept.18 and 24 or between Oct. 17 and 23 during Curaçao's coral spawning weeks. Although nature is unpredictable, during these periods lucky divers will get the opportunity to see Curaçao's echinoderms, worms, sponges and hard and soft corals reproduce in a stunning display of miniature beads of lights. Many of the island's dive operators will conduct special dives for those who travel during this annual spectacle.

With its pristine dive sites, secluded beaches, championship golf course and rich local cuisine, Curaçao offers a little something for everyone - from the adventure traveler to those who simply want to unwind (and enjoy its perfect climate). Curaçao boasts an eclectic mix of history and culture, welcoming visitors to this unique island paradise.
