THE MACAW® - COMPRESSED AIR FOAM (CAF) SYSTEMS The fully portable Macaw provides versatile power in the world's first totally independent Compressed Air Foam (CAF) backpack. The Macaw can multiply five gallons of carried foam solution into as much as 300 gallons of expanded foam. DUI - Keeping Divers Safer Since 1963
For the past five years, DUI has been helping to educate Public Safety Divers at DUI DOG Rally & Demo Day events with a special day devoted just to Public Safety Diving. These events help to educate divers to access the risks they face in contaminated water and provide basic decontamination techniques. In addition, DUI provides Dive Teams with specific advice on how to apply for grants to help them get the equipment and training they need to service their communities. 11 events were held in 2007 and more are being scheduled for 2008.
