Introducing the Splash Eclipse Solar Dive Watch

The Splash Eclipse’s comfortable 38 mm case is a great fit for both men and women.

"Light” is the definitive word when describing Momentum’s Splash Eclipse Solar. Due to its smaller case size, this colorful dive watch is extremely lightweight and provides a very comfortable fit for divers with narrower wrists. The watch is powered by light, thanks to a solar-powered quartz movement. Available with a variety of color choices and customizable options, the Solar Eclipse also allows divers’ personalities to shine through. Its simple, functional design provides quality performance, long-term durability and a lot of fun.

Made of corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel, the watch case is only 38 millimeters wide. Its narrower dimensions provide an easy-to-wear alternative compared to many of the beefier dive watches on the market, especially for women. Equipped with a screw-down crown and caseback, it is depth-rated to 200 meters/660 feet. The watch’s clean, uncluttered design makes for easy reading at a glance. A small date window is included at the 3 o’clock position. Large glowing hands and markers are coated with a Super-LumiNova coating for great legibility at depth and in darkness. The watch has an external one-way rotating elapsed-timing bezel to track dive time. It is easy and smooth to operate and is fully graduated for increased accuracy.

A solar cell hidden beneath the dial converts light into electricity to power the watch’s quartz-battery movement. It can be charged by any light source, natural or artificial, and is virtually maintenance-free. The eco-friendly design ensures long-term use while eliminating the waste, cost and hassle of regular battery changes. A six-month power reserve ensures that a fully charged watch will keep accurate time for up to half a year in total darkness, so the time won’t need to be reset even if the watch isn’t worn for an extended period.

This serious dive watch is also seriously fun. Divers can choose between a white or black dial with 14 different bezel accents ranging from bold pops of color to more subtle hues. Watches can be paired with an Italian-made natural rubber strap in multiple colors. The soft, flexible material is nonallergenic and makes for easy fitting—it also has a light vanilla scent. A stainless-steel bracelet is another option, which makes for a more polished, sophisticated look. The watch case can be engraved to create a completely personalized timepiece.

The hard-working, easy-wearing Splash Eclipse Solar is both comfortable and capable. It is a great option for those looking for a lightweight watch that doubles as a dependable dive tool and a sporty statement piece.
