Aggressor Fleet is offering its second annual 12 Days of Christmas Specials. Beginning Tuesday, December 12th through noon (Central Standard Time), December 24th, 2006 Aggressor will host a different money saving special each day which will apply to new reservations.

Here's how it works:

Each day of the sale, Aggressor will post a new destination and different special. The special will be open throughout the day (noon) every day; however, at noon the following day, the special will change to the new offer. The offer from the previous 24 hour period will no longer be available. To take advantage of these exciting specials, all reservations must be booked and deposited by credit card the same day the special is released.

(Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Central Standard Time).

During non staffed hours, reservations will be taken in the order received through the online reservation system or via e-mail.

Specials are only good for the days they are announced; they are for reservations of 5 or less and only valid for the boats and dates they are offered on. Limit one special per person. No vouchers, discounts or other specials can be applied to this promotion. Once a reservation is made, it may not be canceled to book another special. Reservations may be made through Aggressor Fleet Ltd., your dive travel professional agent or an Aggressor Fleet Dealer or dive shop.

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. A waitlist will be taken if needed.

New Taxes and Fees in Fiji

Effective January 1, 2007, the Fijian government has increased the Cruise Tax for live-aboards from $145 to $340 per person. The franchise owners will absorb part of this and will only charge guests $300 per person. Additionally, they will eliminate the $100 fuel surcharge aboard the Fiji Aggressor II.

Furthermore, the Fijian government will increase the VAT tax to 18% for items purchased and for services onboard. These fees and taxes are not included in the charter rate.

The park fee of $12 USD that goes towards protecting Kubulau's Namena Barrier Reef and airport departure tax of $23 USD will stay the same.
