Aggressor Fleet is accepting applications for staff aboard many of their dive yachts. "We are looking for those special individuals that not only have the required certificates but in addition have a sincere interest in giving great service as they work with a variety of different people. It is our staff that puts the "Ultimate" in Aggressor by happily providing the high level service our guests expect. Aggressor life is not for everyone but an enjoyable experience for most.

"Benefits may differ from one vessel operation to another but include; 401k, medical insurance, 52 weeks pay (on and off the boat), vacation pay and weekly gratuities. We provide comprehensive training with every job and require all crew members to follow the guidelines as set forth in our standard operating procedure manual. We offer great opportunities for those that are seeking fun and exciting careers. Captains must have at least a 200 ton license and 2nd Captains must have at least a 100 ton license and be current with all certifications held. Those persons with a working knowledge of diesel engines, generators, high pressure compressors and previous live-aboard experience will be considered first.
Scuba instructors must have 5 specialties with no previous live-aboard experience necessary. Experienced Cooks/Chefs must be able to prepare three (3) quality meals and snacks for up to 26 people daily. For Engineers, we are seeking applicants who have an Engineers License/Certificate issued by an internationally approved Flag State and at a minimum, qualified to work as engineer aboard a Yacht of 200 International Tons (ITC) and be a scuba instructor with at least five specialties. All potential candidates must be current with all certifications held and have STCW95."
