Seasoft Ti 3000 Drysuit: ScubaLab Testers Choice

We tested the Seasoft Ti 3000 drysuit. Comfortable and easy to control, it was our Testers Choice for neoprene drysuits.

We tested drysuits at Devil’s Den Spring in Central Florida. Test divers rated each suit in 13 categories, including fit, comfort and range of motion in and out of the water, the effectiveness of the seals, control of air movement, and how streamlined they were in the water.

We also evaluated each suit for its construction and the materials used in it, focusing on quality of manufacture and the suitability and durability of materials used. The Seasoft Ti 3000 fits snugly as a 5 mm wetsuit, but with a bit of extra space allowing for thicker undergarments. The long zippered opening operates smoothly for effortless donning and doffing. It also seals completely over the zipper teeth to protect them from sand and debris. Smooth skin seals at the neck and wrists are comfortable but must be carefully rolled over themselves to ensure that they are watertight.

In the water, the suit earned top scores for range of motion and overall comfort and was rated very good for buoyancy and attitude control. The forearm-mounted exhaust valve proved easy to reach and operate, taking the only excellent score of the test.

Testers lavished the suit with praise such as “performs exceptionally well” and “really like this.” Picked as a favorite by test divers, the Seasoft Ti 3000 is our Testers Choice for neoprene drysuits.
